Thank you for making us aware of the ” motivation for professional development”, Sir Amol Padwad. Progress has to be conditional & the concept of Autonomy, Mastery & Purpose is absolutely wonderful to ponder on for teachers like me the new or the beginner teachers.
Thanks Sir, Amol Padwad for explaining the concept of motivation in such a lucid way!
Thanks very much for making this conference available for people like me who couldn’t make it to Hyderabad by bringing it live on this webpage.
Regards

Hi
The Plenary: Learning to read in India: challenges and opportunities for enhancing quality in teacher education by Rukmini Banerji Ma’am has really been a thought provoking talk for. I tried to analyze my situation in my classroom & It guides me to reflect back on my teaching as far as the reality is concerned.
Thanks Rukmini ma’am for such an inspiring talk & the short video which you had shown in the end!
good!
It really feels great, as it always does, to listen to Prof. Paul Gunashekar. I recall my pre-PhD classes. His lecture on curriculum presents a very comprehensive overview of the field in relation to Indian teacher education scenario.
Great event, I learnt a lot from all the sessions.
